Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it's on its way.

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and don't include our processing time above.

Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Customs & import duties (outside the UK) Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We can't predict or cover these charges.
