Our returns window You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with any tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return Email false9streetwear@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds Once we've received and checked your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. You'll get an email to confirm. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear.

Return postage Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Your legal rights None of the above affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
